Responsibility
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust, scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., functional consultants, business analysts) to design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP systems, providing timely support to end-users.
- Document technical designs, code changes, and system configurations for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in SAP upgrade projects and system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (OOP, ALV, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements).
- Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex ABAP code.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP) is highly desirable.
