Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and sales records.
- Provide real-time support to sales teams, including lead assignment, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, forecast revenue, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales workflows and enhance CRM functionality.
- Train and onboard new sales team members on Salesforce best practices and tools.
- Resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and escalate complex problems to IT or Salesforce administrators.
- Develop and implement Salesforce automation (e.g., workflows, triggers) to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity through regular audits and cleanup initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Experience with sales processes, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali with a valid work permit (or eligibility to obtain one).
