Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and integration with other systems.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and third-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) are a plus.
- Ability to work in US shift hours and collaborate with global teams.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent within the team.
