Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integrations.
- Optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and reporting to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members as needed.
- Document technical designs, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security models.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Salesforce DX is a plus.
