Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Flows to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing tools) using APIs, middleware, or AppExchange apps.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides for internal reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, page layouts, and security settings.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Informatica).
- Salesforce Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a mid-shift schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with global stakeholders.
