Responsibility
- Process and manage sales-related documentation, including orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse inventory, including receipts, shipments, and stock levels.
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance, inventory status, and administrative activities.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in inventory counts or sales documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams, including filing, data entry, and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and sales processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory software is beneficial.
