Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for daily operations and special events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services required for operations, events, and office needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage contracts, deliveries, and service agreements.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of SINDA’s initiatives, including community programs, workshops, and cultural events.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative processes, expenses, and inventory to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support cross-functional teams with documentation, scheduling, and communication to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and other logistical needs for staff and guests as required.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or office support roles, preferably in a non-profit or multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with administrative software or tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working in diverse or international settings being an advantage.
