Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security and administrative professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between security, facility management, and client services.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and personnel.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on security or facility services.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Certification in security management or operations (e.g., CSP, CPP) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
