Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and polished communication.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with strict discretion.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial administration for the GMâs office.
- Coordinate logistics for executive events, conferences, and VIP guest visits.
- Liaise with department heads to gather information, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment with hotel objectives.
- Anticipate the GMâs needs and proactively address them to optimize productivity and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, PMS (Property Management Systems), or CRM tools is advantageous.
