Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of files (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate daily office operations, including supply procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance to create a productive work environment.
- Maintain and update internal records, databases, and tracking systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in project-related activities, such as preparing presentations, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and assisting with payroll documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software/tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
