Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and on-the-job training to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with business goals and market trends.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to improve their skills and confidence.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate innovative training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and financial products.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, PowerPoint, e-learning software).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Willingness to travel across Bali to conduct training sessions as needed.
