Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions in English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning needs and academic goals.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment to motivate students.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to track academic improvement and address concerns.
- Stay updated with curriculum standards and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress, and lesson materials.
- Offer homework assistance and exam preparation support as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, Math, or Science (formal or informal).
- Strong subject-matter expertise in at least two of the three core subjects (English, Math, Science).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students of varying ages.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning abilities and paces.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education and student development.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or local Indonesian syllabus) is a plus.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
