Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or small-group English lessons tailored to students' proficiency levels and goals.
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students' needs, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and exam preparation.
- Create and maintain monthly progress reports to track student development and adjust teaching strategies.
- Use interactive and engaging teaching methods, including role-playing, discussions, and multimedia resources.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare students for international English exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) if required.
- Stay updated on modern teaching techniques and incorporate them into lessons.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with students to ensure consistent and punctual sessions.
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level).
- Proven experience in teaching English (formal or informal, including tutoring, classroom teaching, or online instruction).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning paces and preferences.
- Basic understanding of language assessment methods and progress tracking.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional demeanor.
