Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, personalized tutoring sessions to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters academic growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to set achievable learning goals.
- Stay updated with educational best practices and integrate innovative teaching methods.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or equivalent teaching experience.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate learners of all ages.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, schedules, and student records.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
