Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language development.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, or extracurricular activities.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching English as a second language (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse learners.
- Passion for education and a patient, adaptable teaching approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms is a plus.
