Responsibility
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain deep knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
- Actively prospect for new leads and identify potential clients within the construction and development sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and project stakeholders.
- Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze market data, and prepare accurate reports for management.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously keep updated on industry regulations and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.
