Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the automotive industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth for automotive products/services.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Automotive industry experience is a must.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali, with flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events.
