Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the assigned regions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Organize and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product launches to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, business development, or retail management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and business culture is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
