Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in assigned Bali locations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration for consumer products
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management with actionable insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and customers across Bali
- Ensure consistent product availability and optimal merchandising standards in all retail outlets
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and competitive activities in the consumer products sector
- Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high ethical standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the consumer products industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working with retail management systems and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and consumer preferences is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required to support retail operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
