Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pipelines, and forecasting to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and market demands.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales leadership or team management role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
