As the Sales Team Leader, you will drive our automotive parts sales strategy across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for automotive parts distribution across Bali's key markets
- Analyze sales performance by product, area, and salesperson (PICA) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, service centers, and key accounts in the region
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning for the Bali market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (S1 or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting (PICA experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and team members
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management software
- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
