Responsibility
- Manage and process sales documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and customer agreements for luxury vehicles.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of all required paperwork.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs with precision.
- Liaise with finance departments to verify payment processing and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and administrative summaries for management review.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, test drives, and customer follow-ups to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative roles, preferably in the automotive, retail, or sales industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes, dealership operations, or luxury brand standards is a plus.
