Responsibility
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their motorcycle needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers with expert knowledge
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase
- Stay updated on product specifications, financing options, and industry trends
- Participate in promotional events and roadshows to increase brand visibility
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and inventory accuracy
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales (motorcycle experience preferred)
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong product knowledge of motorcycles and related accessories
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and riding experience
- Basic computer skills for CRM and sales reporting
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
