Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Bali's automotive and logistics market
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the transportation sector
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the automotive or logistics industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia
