Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the clinic's client base.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to align sales initiatives with broader business growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines and ensure accurate reporting of forecasting and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
