Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans to expand our client base in corporate and government sectors across Bali.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key government decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes to identify new product and service opportunities.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipelines to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure optimal delivery of IT solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated success in B2B corporate sales and navigating government procurement (B2G) processes.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technical infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-level presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and drive accountability within a sales team.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
