Responsibility
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for EDC solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Bali region and beyond.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1+ year in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the fintech, SaaS, or digital payments industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Familiarity with EDC systems, POS solutions, or digital payment technologies is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
