Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in coordinating with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies, sales targets, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (retail or FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software, order management systems, or basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Bali) as needed.
