Join Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. as a Retail Cashier in beautiful Bali! We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to manage our retail operations across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fixed assets, inventory, product ordering, payments, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with our company's standard operating procedures.

Responsibility
- Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision.
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in ordering and restocking products as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in managing fixed assets and maintaining retail store cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
