Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Coordinators to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee end-to-end sales administration, including order processing, invoicing, and customer communications.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline sales support operations and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Logistics, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Identify training needs and conduct workshops to upskill team members in sales tools and processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and internal stakeholder requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, order management, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
