Responsibility
- Prepare and process accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, and product management) to resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Generate reports on sales performance, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales support tools and processes to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, pricing, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
