Responsibility

  • Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Liaise between sales teams, clients, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and client communications.
  • Manage inventory data and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stock issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance sales support efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
