Responsibility
- Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently using CRM and ERP systems.
- Liaise between sales teams, clients, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and client communications.
- Manage inventory data and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stock issues.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance sales support efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
