Responsibility
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Carsome’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new dealerships, financial partners, and service providers to grow the Carsome ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including automotive industry leaders and local businesses.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Negotiate and close high-value partnerships and contracts that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, sales performance, and partnership success to senior management.
- Represent Carsome at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the automotive, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of closing deals, meeting sales targets, and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian automotive market and local business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
