Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective strategies and persistent follow-ups.
  • Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
