Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients through compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the sales process and improve client retention.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement creative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
