Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Dr Clear Aligners’ market share in Indonesia and neighboring regions.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with dental clinics, orthodontists, and distributors to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for dental professionals.
- Provide product training and support to partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
- Represent Dr Clear Aligners at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the dental or orthodontic market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed (up to 30%).
