Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Heavy Equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of heavy equipment products, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
