Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to promote SMBC banking products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for banking solutions, including loans, deposits, and investment products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Bali region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on SMBC’s product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Document all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or corporate sales.
  • Strong understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, trade finance) and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
