Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to promote SMBC banking products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for banking solutions, including loans, deposits, and investment products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Bali region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on SMBC’s product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Document all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, trade finance) and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
