Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing retail sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure seamless retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business partnerships.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, in-store events, and digital marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in retail sales management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-location environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales mechanics, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking using tools like Excel or POS systems.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must; additional local language skills are a plus.
