Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including hardware stores, household outlets, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Bali.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients to present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hardware, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
