Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian (Bahasa), are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
