Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to expand Pomepop’s market reach.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand messaging and promotions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Represent Pomepop at trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG, beverage, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
