We’re seeking a results-driven, charismatic professional to expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in Indonesia’s booming health and wellness sector.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting Pomepop’s premium pomelo-based products, engaging with retailers, distributors, and consumers to deliver an exceptional brand experience. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to expand Pomepop’s market reach.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand messaging and promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Represent Pomepop at trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG, beverage, or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with retailers and distributors.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
