Responsibility
- Engage with clients to understand their industrial automation needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of automation solutions.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products in industrial automation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics, or other automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
