Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored aesthetic laser treatments.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and results of our laser technologies.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in aesthetic laser technology.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Provide post-sale support, follow-ups, and relationship management to ensure client retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic laser treatments, skincare, or cosmetic procedures is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or training.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
