Based in Bali’s premium locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will engage with clinics, dermatologists, and beauty professionals to introduce innovative solutions that redefine skincare and cosmetic treatments. Your expertise in consultative selling and deep understanding of aesthetic devices will position you as a trusted advisor in this competitive space.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, dermatologists, and beauty professionals in Bali to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Sometech’s aesthetic devices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in medical aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and trade shows.
  • Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Sometech’s market presence in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, aesthetic/beauty industry sales, or B2B sales (preferably in Bali).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic devices, skincare technologies, or medical equipment (training provided for Sometech’s products).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Existing network of contacts in Bali’s medical/aesthetic industry is a major plus.
