Responsibility
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
