Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and solution delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions in Mandarin and English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and customer feedback collection.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex products or solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
