Responsibility
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries from clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team in closing deals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and client visits to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a strong advantage.
