Responsibility
- Business Pipeline Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new B2B opportunities to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Negotiation & Contract Closure: Lead high-stakes negotiations, draft proposals, and finalize agreements that align with company goals and profitability.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies, including market entry and expansion plans.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline health, providing actionable insights to optimize business development efforts.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, preferably in sectors relevant to Denka Pratama’s offerings.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to close deals, resolve conflicts, and secure favorable terms for the company.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and reporting skills to interpret market data and drive informed decisions.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English and Indonesian, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in mentoring teams, managing pipelines, or leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
