Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the logistics sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, market dynamics, and customer pain points in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
